  • We charge $300 for the first hour of work and $200 per additional hour. Most clients combine multiple tasks into a single visit for the best value.

  • After our free walk-through and consultation, we’ll give you an estimated time range based on the tasks you need. This helps you get a general idea of the total cost before any work begins.

  • Permit-required tasks aren’t included in our hourly handyman services, but we can handle them through our remodeling or inspection repair offerings.

  • We recommend that someone is home during the initial walk-through to confirm the scope of work. After that, we can coordinate access with your permission if you can’t stay the entire time.

  • We primarily work during standard weekday hours (7:00AM-4:00PM), but can occasionally accommodate weekend or after-hours requests depending on availability.

  • Yes. If your project is beyond the scope of our handyman services, we’ll provide a custom bid and timeline rather than charging hourly.
